what you will do.

essential duties and responsibilities: (include, but not limited to the following)

• phone support to customers, clients, and their employees.
• data entry and upkeep into systems like a CRM, customer support system, and HR systems.
• provide/manage general HR tasks to support clients through hr-based ticketing systems.
• onboard/offboard internal and client employees.
• use payroll, timekeeping, and HR software, to support clients and their employees.
• focus on continuous improvement to workflows and automation.

• is the job remote or in-person? the job is in-person. there is some opportunity for hybrid work after the training period but the bulk of the work will be done in our Irmo office.
• do you offer training? yes! we will train you how to do things the way we do them.
• what is the growth potential? we plan to more than double in size in the next two years, anticipate several opportunities for growth including leadership, more responsibility (with more income), and ability to change departments based on individual career goals.
• why is the role hourly? we start all of our teammates hourly. why? we do this to manage our team’s work/life balance. we have found the best way to stop people from overworking is to minimize them from working more than 40 hours a week. we want you to move on when the day is over, leaving work where it belongs.
• is the salary flexible? sorry, no. we understand we don’t fit all candidates financially.
• do you pay bonuses? yes, up to 8% of salary is available in potential incentives/bonuses.
• do you offer benefits? yes, we pay 80% of employee-only healthcare, match 100% up to 4% of retirement plan, unlimited pto plan, and a fully paid trip anywhere in the world at five years of service.
